1. Services Provided

1.1 Castellum Security Systems Ltd ("Castellum") offers comprehensive CCTV, security, intruder alarms, and access control services (the "Services").

1.2 The Services may include but are not limited to installation, maintenance, monitoring, and other related security solutions.

2. Customer Responsibilities

2.1 The customer agrees to provide accurate information about the premises, security requirements, and any other relevant details necessary for the provision of the Services.

2.2 The customer is responsible for obtaining all required permissions, approvals, and authorizations for the installation and operation of security systems on the premises.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 The customer agrees to make payment for the completed works within one week (7 days) of the date of completion.

3.2 Payment can be made via the methods specified in the invoice provided by Castellum.

3.3 Late payments may be subject to interest charges as allowed by law.

4. Installation and Maintenance

4.1 Castellum will carry out installations and maintenance with due care and professionalism.

4.2 The customer agrees to provide access to the premises as necessary for the installation and maintenance of security systems.

4.3 Castellum reserves the right to charge additional fees for any unforeseen circumstances or additional work required that was not specified in the original agreement.

5. Warranty and Support

5.1 Castellum provides a warranty for its products and services as specified in the warranty documentation provided.

5.2 The customer should promptly report any issues or faults to Castellum for necessary support and resolution.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information disclosed during the provision of the Services.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this agreement.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By accessing or using Castellum's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.
